2018 CalyX ‘Syrah for Seasides’ -   80% partially destemmed Syrah + 20% whole bunch Viognier. Co-fermented. The viognier was picked really early to keep the wine bright. Slightly richer wine this year with lifted aromatics and a lees rounded finish. Minimal S02 at bottling. 

2019 Ephemera Chardonnay - From the Yarraloch Vineyard in the Gruyere sub zone of The Yarra Valley. We love this wine because it straddles the line of acid focused Chardonnay but with weight and texture that gives it life and vibrancy. Right on the stone fruit spectrum, but heaps of fresh lime and lemon zest. You’ll want a big slab of Comte and some good mates in the park

2020 Dirty Black Denim ‘Electric’ Marsanne- Grown by Hugh and Michelle at Humis Vineyard in Northern Heathcote. A truly lovely place on the banks of Mt Camel Range, on the rich, red dirt. It gets a 3 week, robust maceration (We beat the hell out of it). Full extraction has made this wine full of apricot, orange peel, mango nectar and black tea leaves, with firm tannin to wrap it up. Proper orange wine

2019 Minim ‘Patsy’ Fiano/Vermentino - Patsy is made for summer; Fresh, lean acidity balanced with ripe, primary fruit. Subtle white pepper and texture born from extended time on lees. Bringing together Chalmers Fiano (Heathcote) and Farmersmith Estate (Redesdale) Vermentino. Patsy is savoury, lean, crisp and textural - Something to share with friends on hot days and have a good time.

2019 Bobar Syrah - A super-light, crunchy version of Syrah, bordering on Rosé in terms of body and colour. It's as light and breezy as a red wine gets. Just picture Spring afternoons, a chilled bottle from the esky, cricket in the park and a tumbler full of this delightful ruby/pink juice in your tumbler.

2020 Konpira Maru 'Disco Pocket’ Riesling/Vermentino - This wine was inspired by the man of the people Ben "Bantsy" Loughman. He's a very very handsome man with impeccable music tastes and harder buns than a gluten-free bakery.

80% Riesling and 20% Vermentino. Both the Vermentino and Riesling spent 12 hours in the press then pressed to tank (in different parts of Victoria), then blended.  Once again a Hubba Bubba nose with a summer citrus pallet of lemon and passionfruit more lemon tart than the 2019.
